Virtually Historical & Mikenron
Partnership for Poser
It is an honor to be able to announce that Mikenron and Virtually Historical have formed a Partnership to bring you highly detailed Poser models based on historical prototypes. Virtually Historical is a well established group of dedicated and talented CGI artists who enjoy the challenge of creating historically based models and images. Their galleries are full of some of the most stunning CGI art that can be found, so be sure to visit them soon.
Mikenron will be taking on the responsibility of creating the Poser versions of their original C4D models to insure that they meet the very highest Poser standards and are compatible with all versions of Poser including some special features for Poser 5 users. In addition, Mikenron is in the process of re-working and optimizing Virtually Historicals existing product line to enhance and upgrade them for optimal performance in Poser. Version 2 enhancements include mesh optimization, re-mapping and re-texturing to provide more choices for the user.  The good news is that all previous purchasers of VH models will receive the new versions for free.
First to be released will be the version 2 of their Hip Joined Chair. This will be followed soon by several other historically based chairs which will become available individually as well as in economical combo-paks. More than 30 additional models are in the works - each based on a historically significant counterpart and there is a lot more than just furniture in the mix.
Being based on historic examples, these products will not only enhance your castles and villas, they will work just as well in fantasy scenes and contemporary environments. Of course, they are all perfectly scaled for Poser figures and will be supported by a variety of accessories, free add-ons and additional textures. Best of all they will be reasonably priced to provide tremendous value to the customer.
